The Beginning - Canterbury


Well...

This is it. After a year and a bit of planning (thinking really, there wasn’t much planning involved…) we are finally about to start!

I’d like to say a big thankyou to everyone for all the support and encouragement we have had.

THANKYOU!!!

And I also have a big thankyou to David and Karissa (please let me know if I have spelt this wrong guys ;)). They own the Athletes Foot in Carousel, Perth and were kind enough to supply me with my boots. So if you live in that neck of the woods and need shoes make sure you go down and say “gday”.

So…

We arrived in Canterbury today at lunch time. We were just planning to have a look around and start the pilgrimage tomorrow but before we new it we were in the cathedral getting blessed. So this is it!!! We’ve begun.

It feels great!!!

hi ben! love the name - party pilgrims. is the photo you at finnis terre? also love the pledge...hahaha about your typo when it comes to meditation...say instead of day....very inspiring. actually i mean that. very inspiring, all of it. have fun!!! and love to dan.
